I’ve had internal …
I’ve had internal hemorrhoids for 1 1/2 years. They just won’t go away! What can I do? They gave me a flexible sigmoidoscopy and everything looked ok. I eat TONS of fiber, drink so much water that I pee every hou and I still don’t have a bowel movement without straining. I’m pretty sure that is contributing to the hemorrhoids. Any advice?

Watching the vid …
Watching the vid made me feel better knowing its not very serious.I’ve a terrible habit of reading while doing business.
Its not explicitly clear that speding too much time in toilet can cause Hmrd but found a website which mentioned it in the list of causes.
My remedy: I use Savlon to wipe on my external Hmrd and it make it less irritable and painful.I quite like the baby powder idea as well. I might try that.
Final words to ppl with Hrmd: YOU R NOT ALONE.

is it the chaffing …
is it the chaffing that causes the bleeding? just a tip for anyone trying to cope with this affliction. try baby powder. worked wonders for me because is took care of the moisture and chaffing. worked WAY better than over-the-counter creams which just added to the moisture problem.
