I’ve had internal hemorrhoids for 1 1/2 years. They just won’t go away! What can I do? They gave me a flexible sigmoidoscopy and everything looked ok. Its not explicitly clear that speding too much time in toilet can cause Hmrd but found a website which mentioned it in the list of causes. My remedy: I use Savlon to wipe on my external Hmrd and it make it less irritable and painful.I quite like the baby powder idea as well. I might try that.
