What is the best cure for external hemorrhoids?

What is the best remedy for hemorrhoids(external) aside from operation?Is there any medicine that can remove this?

u can still treat it conservatively!!!

Drink a cup of milk boiled with a mashed banana thrice daily.
Grate up some white radish and eat it with a little honey.

Create a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice, 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice, a tablespoon honey, and a 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves and take once a day.

Make sure you get a proper amount of fiber in your diet, so you don't have to force a bowel movement. Also, don't read on the toilet, not paying attention to you contractions down there can cause you to over push, inflaming your hemorrhoids.
